Bishop Clifford L. Frazier was born in Cleveland, Ohio. In June 1973, He completed his undergraduate education at Ohio University, graduating Cum Laude with a BS. Degree in Telecommunications. In June 1992, Bishop Frazier earned his Master of Theology, Th.M., degree from Tyndale Theological Seminary and is presently working toward his Sac.Th.D., Doctor of Systematic Theology degree. In 1975, he began pursuing a career in the television industry working as on-air talent, producer-director, and in production. Beginning working at WVIZ-TV Cleveland, he then worked with the NBC Network in engineering, subsequently with the 3M Company in its Public Relations Department and ultimately as a regional sales consultant responsible for an eight state region in the 3M Video Products Department.
In March 1975 he married Pamela J. Parks, also a Cleveland native. He is the proud father of two daughters, Leah and Janelle; and grandfather of three angels Khemberlyn, Nylah and Jayden. After they received the call to the ministry, the Fraziers abandoned their professional careers and concentrated on the work of the Kingdom. Pastor Frazier was ordained in August 1980. In 1981, one year after moving to Texas, they started Calvary Temple Church later renamed HeartLine Ministries.
Bishop Frazier is now the co-founder along with his wife, Co-Pastor Pamela Frazier, his daughters, Leah McCoy, Janelle Frazier and son-in-law Lester McCoy, of The Battle For The Family, an organization dedicated to providing purpose driven hope and healing ministry to marriages and families one family at a time. Motivated by Bishop Frazier’s vision for helping people prepare for the future while living abundantly in the present, these ministries include Pre-Marital/Marriage Counseling services staffed by professional counselors and ministers; Singles With Purpose classes, Money Management Ministry providing practical teaching and training on money matters for the family and investment strategies; Internet Video Life-Coaching, providing proven aids to couples and individuals who find themselves challenged by problems in relationships and a host of other programs. Bishop Frazier along with his wife Co-Pastor Pamela Frazier conduct ‘Battle for the Family’ Marriage and Family Conference and Seminars to both Christian and Secular audiences around the country and overseas. Their extensive travels cover over 49 foreign countries in Europe, Asia, The Middle East, Africa and Australia, have brought hope and help to thousands. They presented a daily half-hour live radio broadcast ministering to families and marriages and a weekly “Straight From The Heart” telecast on the DayStar Network.

Bishop Frazier is the founder and president of The Frazier Group, LLC., TechnoRev Travel, and The TechnoRev Media Group, Inc. a video, audio and print media production firm that includes a state of the art, Digital Post-Production Suite. The TechnoRev Media Group, LLC also designs and builds post production suites for churches, para-church ministries and other organizations. With his expanded graphics, media and 3D-annimation capabilities, and Web streaming services, the TechnoRev Media Group, LLC provides high quality video production and print services to both the church and secular communities. Bishop Clifford L. Frazier and Co-Pastor Pamela Frazer have dedicated themselves a to helping families, healing broken homes and lives and encouraging singles that they are Single with Purpose. The Fraziers provide both teaching and individual counseling sessions, and they have seen the mighty hand of God repair broken homes and lives. In fact, many couples that were divorced were reunited and saved through their ministry.
Bishop Clifford L. Frazier serves on the Board of Advisors for the Gospel Today Magazine and is, along with his wife, Pamela, regular columnist for the magazine. He serves as a member of the Executive Board of the Joint College of African-American Pentecostal Bishops. He has participated in the Smart Marriages Coalition for Marriage, Family and Couples Education, is certified in PAIRS, Prepare/Enrich Bishop Frazier maintains extensive domestic speaking schedule and has traveled to forty nine foreign countries. A highly sought after conference speaker, Bishop Frazier has been called upon to speak at the TD Jakes’ Back to the Bible conference, the Manpower Conference, The Potter’s House – Dallas, Praise Power Conference, Pentecost In Perspective Conference, the New Life Ministries Conference in Harare Zimbabwe, The Influencers Conference in Australia and numerous other engagements. Bishop Frazier has worked as a writer for the T.D. Jakes Ministries and other authors and has been a contribution author for national publications like Life in the Spirit magazine. The Frazier are staff columnists for The Gospel Today magazine’s Family Ties column. Bishop Frazier has contributed articles to Charisma Magazine and has been featured on the TCT Network, The Trinity Broadcast Network, Christian Broadcast Network and the Rejoice In The Word program on The Word Network.
